It's Time to Raise the Grades in California

Every year, we lose more Californians to tobacco use than alcohol, HIV/AIDS, car crashes, illegal drugs, murders and suicides combined. Tobacco use costs the state more than $18 billion every year and in 2010, more than 36,000 youth will become smokers.
