on Your 2004 State Income Tax Return

Something as simple as breathing can be difficult for the one in seven Californians who live with lung diseases like asthma, emphysema and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Today there is no cure for lung disease, which kills more than 35,200 Californians every year.
You can help us find better treatments and possibly even cures by donating to the Asthma and Lung Disease Research Fund under Contributions on your 2004 California state income tax return. Every dollar goes to support the American Lung Association of California’s peer-reviewed research program.
